Educational Consultants
Working part time from a home office within the region, you will initially report directly to the Educational Director and later to a senior commercial director responsible for Electude USA. An Educational Consultant is responsible for the achievement of specific sales targets within a regional territory. The main customer segment will be the vocational schools. You will be expected to spend at least 20% of your time working for Electude.
Key result areas
- Growing the business in the defined territory.
- Identifying prospects, qualifying prospects and transferring them into the customer base.
- Retention strategy and up selling to increase the profitability of existing customers.
- Identifying new opportunities in existing markets to increase market share.
- Representing Electude at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
- Representative will be expected to organize customer visits or road shows when the senior management of Electude visit the territory.
- Responsible for the train-the-trainer activity.
- Assist Electude's CCO develop a practical annual Sales & Marketing Plan for the US market.
Your profile
- An active automotive teacher or trainer
- University or relevant technical education
- Experience in consultative selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels to secure a successful outcome
- A go-getter with a lot of drive and energy
- Willingness to be on the road on a frequent basis
