What is the price for single user?

The prices depend on whether you are part of a vocational school, a training institute or a private company, the amount of lessons you require and the region you live in. Please contact us and we can make you a personalized offer.

Do you have a list of the available lessons?

New lessons are added each week. At present we have more than 300 available. You will find the topics covered on the modules page and if you sign up for a free trial, you will be able to view all of the modules.

Which levels do your lessons cover?

Our lessons cover all levels, from beginner level to diagnostic expert level. We have classified the lessons (modules) in 4 levels based on US and European norms; but the curricula and modules can be customized to local, school or departmental specifications in the customized section of Argo.

The bottom of the graphic is cut off in the modules?

Set screen display settings to higher resolution. Hide the tool bars and/or go to full screen on your display (F11 in many browsers). Without toolbars, modules display correctly at a minimum screen size of 800x600 pixels.

Where is the Teacher's Manual?

In the upper right corner under the header of the teacher's screen is a blue button with a "?". The next blue button with an X is to close the program session.

In "Browse through lessons" should I select the "Yes" or "No" option for my students when I create a group?

If you select "Yes" then students may go through the lessons with no progress or results recorded. Select "No" and student progress is recorded and they must answer all the questions. See "Creating a group" in the Teacher's Manual.

The question in the module does not make sense to me or there is a problem I see with the graphic. What do I do?

In teacher view, click on the comment button in the lower left of the module screen and make a comment. We will review and fix the problem.

How does the comment button work?

In the teacher view of a module, the comment goes to the email of your account manager. In the student view, the comment goes to the email address that the student selects from the list or the general mail address the administrator has configured.

Where can I find "How To" videos to guide me?

Can I add files, links, documents, PDFs, presentations or movies to Argo?

My school uses Macs. I cannot get the EDT to run.

My program is NATEF certified. I need a crosswalk and task list.

These will be available on www.electudeusa.com

Why are there so many empty folders?

Each month new modules are created. We have chosen to already name all of the topics which we will develop. So if a folder is still empty than you can expect modules to appear there in the near future. At the bottom of the folder list you will see "New/all". In this list you will see both the latest modules as well as the complete overview of all available modules.

If I have an unexpected increase in enrollment and do not have enough licenses what can I do? I only get money once a year.

We will be happy to work with you during those times. Just contact your account manager.

Are there languages other than English available?

Argo is currently available in more than 20 languages. The translations are continuous as new languages are added regularly. An overview of the available languages can be found on here

Can a student access all of the languages from one account or does 1 license allow access to 1 specific language?

The administrator of the site (ie the customer) may disable the option for a different language than the default site language. Otherwise the initial language of the student is determined by the selected language of the teacher that created the student account. The student may select a different language after login.

Is the translated material exactly the same content and format as the English courses?

The translated modules have the same content and format. As the development takes place in English, there is usually a few weeks delay before the new modules are translated.
