Project Manager

Working from our company office in Braintree, Massachusetts, you will report directly to the Product Marketing Director. The Project Manager will be a key player in our Product Marketing department, recently built to enable exceptional growth of Electude. This role will require a talented individual to work across various departments and with key customers to plan and oversee timely completion of critical course development projects. The Project Manager will integrate challenging and fast-paced high-value projects that our talented sales team has brought to us, making this role an essential aspect of our growth strategy. Over time, this role will expand to ensure that our product development and deployment workflow is well understood and maintained.

What you will do:

Short to mid-term: special projects

  • Define overall project objectives and desired outcomes
  • Assess and communicate project scope and key dependencies/resources required
  • Identify budgetary issues, based on project scope
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Create project assignments and locate individuals in- or out-of-company to complete
  • Identify, contract, and manage, freelance talent/vendors/suppliers as needed
  • Create tracking tools and report out, as required
  • Report on progress status and suggest adjustments, as required
  • Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support sales as necessary, including travel to key customers

Mid to long-term – overall project workflow

  • Assist Product Marketing Manager in building project line-ups in overall workflow
  • Collaborate with Product Development team to gather information regarding projects
  • Assist in defining key project attributes and creating appropriate product timelines
  • Communicate regularly with Product Development to ensure clear understanding of progress
  • Develop tracking tools and maintain regular product status meetings with Product Development, in cooperation with Product Marketing Manager

Your profile

  • Licensed PMP preferred
  • Knowledgeable of use of project management software ClickUp
  • 2-5 years of project management or related work
  • Proven ability to complete tasks to meet expected scope, timeline and budget
  • Highly organized, but not a perfectionist
  • Proactive, creative problem-solver
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Decisive and able to lead others through complicated issues
  • Data-driven, focused on customer engagement/satisfaction
  • Collaborator, able to work with teams and individuals successfully
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • A self-propelling go-getter with a lot of drive and energy

  • Willing to travel as required
