8 June 2026, Nuenen, the Netherlands — ANFA, France’s National Association for Automotive Training, hosted its annual CFA Pilotes Conference on 27 and 28 May 2026 in Châlons-en-Champagne, at the local branch of Alméa. The event brought together leaders and experts from nearly one hundred training organisations across the country.
The two-day programme included plenary sessions and workshops focused on some of the most pressing topics in technical training today, as well as stands presenting the services of ANFA and partner organisations.
Dimitri Ogg, Electude’s Commercial Director for EMEA, LATAM, and Asia, attended the event together with Electude’s representatives in France, Laurent Tissot and Thierry Petit. Electude shares ANFA’s commitment to continuously improving automotive education and the belief that international exchanges among educational institutions strongly contribute to this goal.

Earlier collaboration with Electude
Electude’s presence at the conference followed its collaboration with ANFA earlier this year. In January 2026, Electude partnered with ANFA for the International Inspiration Day for Automotive Vocational Education (IDAVE) in Paris. The event invited presidents, directors, and department heads from technical schools to exchange ideas and explore the future of automotive education.
In addition to the valuable discussions that took place during the event, Electude’s IDAVE also led to meaningful follow-up initiatives. Participating schools stayed in touch, with many arranging new visits, exchanges, and opportunities for student mobility.
ANFA discusses the challenges of vocational training
The CFA Pilotes Conference included discussions on important topics such as the future of automotive workshops in an electrified world, the digitalisation of theory and practice, safety and security in automotive education, gender balance in technical programmes, and the economics of education.
The conference also offered valuable opportunities for networking and exchange, including shared lunches, social gatherings, and a visit to the Champagne Joseph Perrier cellars.
Laurent Tissot and Thierry Petit presented Electude’s learning solutions and the Electude Learning Cycle during two workshops at the conference.
The company was also mentioned by Patrice Mouly, Head of Department at ANFA, during a presentation on the success of automotive education in the Netherlands. He noted that Electude has a strong presence in Dutch vocational schools, providing digital tools that enhance pedagogical effectiveness while helping reduce the need for physical equipment.

Guillaume Faurie, Executive Director of ANFA, emphasised that today’s automotive industry and education require modern solutions. “Faced with the rapid transformation of automotive technologies and the associated skills, as well as the need to offer a renewed pedagogical approach with an increasingly prominent role for digitalisation, it is only natural that we encourage our training organisations to build closer relationships with partners such as Electude in order to modernise teaching,” he said.
