Education and Social Initiatives
Guided by the mission of reimagining how technical students learn, helping them achieve their potential, Electude offers innovative and effective learning materials that empower learners and educators. We continually contribute to educational initiatives worldwide, expanding access to high-quality automotive education, empowering individuals with opportunities, and driving positive change in society.
WorldSkills
WorldSkills is a global program that promotes vocational education and inspires young people to develop a passion for skills through competition. Since 2014, Electude has supported Skills events worldwide by providing testing software, exhibition support, judges, and training aids. We have also sponsored several competitions and competitors over the years.
Electude is proud to have contributed to local, national, and regional Skills championships in Europe, North America, and South America, as well as to recent WorldSkills international competitions.
By supporting the Automobile Technology championship, we aim to uphold WorldSkills’ vision of improving the world with the power of skills.

EC/DC Competition
Electude has created the Electude Car Diagnosis Competition (EC/DC) to bring together apprentices from vocational schools to compete in theoretical and simulation-based automotive tasks.
The competition, previously known as EMSCOM, has had three successful editions in Germany. The most recent event was held in June 2025, when the finals of EC/DC Lower Saxony took place in Braunschweig.
Building on this success in Germany, the company intends to expand the initiative to other EMEA countries.
Through EC/DC, Electude aims to inspire, motivate, and challenge technical learners, rewarding exceptional performance with tools and resources and supporting exemplary apprentices in advancing their careers.

Electude Simulator Challenge
The Electude Simulator Challenge is a free online game that allows learners to diagnose and repair failures in three progressive difficulty levels. The users compete for the highest scores and test their ability to troubleshoot engine management systems.
The learners can practice and experiment with the tool, trying out the fully functional simulation of an internal combustion engine. All learners across the world can access this engaging, free simulator to test their knowledge, develop skills, and practice.
Supporting Education in Africa
Electude believes that high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning should be available to all. In line with this belief, we have established a partnership with Don Bosco Tech Africa, which oversees 118 technical and vocational centres across 34 African countries.
We have also collaborated with several impactful organisations and initiatives that support education on the continent, including VET Future Skills, the World Projects Foundation, and Go for Africa.
These partnerships reflect our dedication to empowering technical students and educators where our support is most needed. Together, we aim to create lasting change by equipping learners with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed in the automotive industry.
Environment
At Electude, we actively support the green transition through our educational offerings, internal practices, and external projects.
Our Electric Vehicle curriculum covers all components and systems of hybrid and electric vehicles, equipping students and professionals with the knowledge they need to work on sustainable technologies and helping to drive the shift towards eco-friendly transportation.
Internally, we’ve taken meaningful steps towards reducing our carbon footprint. The solar panels at our headquarters provide renewable energy to power the building, and our lunch is completely organic.
The company fleet consists entirely of electric vehicles, and we prioritise sustainable travel by encouraging staff to take trains whenever possible, minimising our reliance on air and car travel.
In addition, Electude is involved with projects committed to a greener future, such as Auto-Cove 2.0 and Regreener.
Auto-Cove 2.0
Electude is one of the 16 partners of the Auto-Cove 2.0 consortium, a project co-funded by the European Union and led by Omnia, the Joint Authority of Education in Espoo, Finland.
From June 2023 to May 2027, Auto-Cove 2.0 is building an Education and Training framework for the vehicle sector with a clear orientation towards the green transition.
The project addresses the sustainability skills gap in the automotive sector by setting up a multidisciplinary partnership between Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools, higher education institutions, and automotive companies from eight European countries.
Electude joins the project consortium as an international specialist in digital learning materials for VET education in the vehicle field. All the didactical material will be created on Electude’s e-learning platform and will be publicly available for five years after being published in 2027. Electude consultants guide the production of the learning material and work in close cooperation with the project’s technical developers.
Electude’s role as a critical partner underscores the importance of innovative digital solutions in achieving the project’s goals and ensuring that Europe remains at the forefront of automotive technology, education, and sustainability.
Electude, as a special company representative partner in Auto-Cove, offers a readily created and fully working platform for the project. Electude platform guarantees the widest possible dissemination of Auto-Cove project study modules and teacher courses, directed exactly to the appropriate target groups: learners and teachers of technical vocational institutes and workshop personnel in 70 countries and 3400 active schools.

Regreener
As part of our sustainability efforts, Electude has partnered with Regreener to compensate for our CO₂ emissions by planting trees.
Through this partnership, trees are planted to help absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere and contribute to a greener planet. While we continue working to reduce our carbon emissions, planting trees is a practical step we are already taking.
Regreener is known for its science-based and transparent approach to climate action, with projects aligned to scientific and EU climate targets and carefully assessed for measurable impact. In addition to carbon compensation, these projects also support biodiversity restoration and create employment opportunities in local communities.
