Getting access after your purchase
Electude will contact you within 24 hours (on a weekday) providing your access code(s) and instructions on how to activate them. The e-mail will be send via the e-mail address you supplied when placing your oder. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours then please check that our e-mail has not gone into your spam box.
You can contact us if you need any further assistance. Please supply your name and e-mail address used when placing your order, together with the order number and date stated on your order confirmation. This will enable us to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
